NDAA GOLDEN RULES
*Rule-1: Only the Top 15 candidates with the highest number of nominations are shortlisted as nominees.
*Rule-2: Only the nominees in the ‘competitive categories’ are published for public voting.
*Rule-3: Voting for nominees in the ‘competitive categories’ are done online at our website.
*Rule-4: Only the nominees with the highest number of votes in all categories are declared winners.
*Rule-5: Result of winners in the ‘competitive categories’ are determined by 100% website votes.
*Rule-6: Where there is a tie in the number of votes between 2 nominees or among all the nominees in any category, such award shall be given each to the winners.
*Rule-7: Any nominee or honouree who wish to send representative(s) to the event must inform us 48 hours before the event date and furnish us with details.
*Rule-8: Any nominee or honouree representative(s) not cleared and identified 6 hours before the event time shall not be allowed to receive award for a honouree or if such nominee wins.
*Rule-9: Any winner absent at the event, and who is not officially represented (as stated in Rule 7 & 8) shall have only 30 days after the event date to receive such award in a post-presentation by the team.
*Rule-10: Any award not received after 30 days (as stated in Rule 9) undergoes forfeiture. But the recipient’s name remains on the winners list.
*Rule-11: Any candidate nominated for a category 3 consecutive times and win same 3 consecutive times shall be inducted into the ‘Champions Planet’.
*Rule-12: Only a 3-time award winner inducted into the ‘Champions Planet’ (as stated in Rule-10) is eligible to be appointed as the NDAA Governor.
*Rule-13: The tenure of the NDAA Governor shall commence on the day of swearing-in and end on the day of the next three editions of the event and can be reappointed.
*Rule-14: The duties and functions of the NDAA Governor shall be specified by the President/Founder.
*Rule-15: Only the President/Founder shall appoint the NDAA Governor and make a reappointment.
