Nominations Closed in NDA Awards 8.0 as Over 50,000 Entries Received.

The Call for Nominations in the Niger Delta Advancement Awards 8.0 that started on 1^st of July 2025 has closed on the 31^st of August 2025. Based on the success recorded in the previous edition, there was a huge increase in public participation as over 50,000 entries were received majorly from Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Ondo, Imo and Abia states. With the closing of nominations, sorting of entries, research and evaluation, consultations, compiling of the list of nominees and configuration for online voting are ongoing. In a matter of weeks, the date for the “Unveiling of Nominees” will be announced. Get ready to vote for the nominee of your choice.
